Club Penguin DJ Game Coming July 25th!

Ever since Club Penguin began (but not during Penguin Chat), the DJ table stood at the Night Club. CP always wanted to make it somehow more fun and interactive, but never got around to it. Until now. This Friday, with the launch of Music Jam ‘08, we’re introducing CP’s first music-making game!

 

 The Night Club is under construction but if you look in the screen in the HQ, the Night Club is NOT under construction.

 The puffle is in the Ice Rink until the Construction at the Night Club is over, July 25th.

And the Club Penguin Improvement Project Blogwill be closing down for good next week. They want to send a huge thank you for everyone’s help, support, and feedback. It was definitely a fun ride. Thanks and Goodbye!

Club Penguin has given us a glance of the Club Penguin Music Jam Party. They have showed a picture of the forest, with a little stage, which will be part of the party. This is just room of the party, the real fun part of this is at the Iceberg, where the band plays!

Stay tuned for July 25th, when the party starts! We hope that there isn’t a returned item for the party.

Penguin Mail is out, which you can reach by clicking the Mail Button, beside the newspaper at the top left corner of your page. When you first open Penguin Mail, Club Penguin has sent you a message, and they give you a free present, thats a Blue Deilvery Bag

New Features Coming Today and Other CP News

Club Penguin is coming out with a game for videogamers (provided=for NINTENDO DS)

This video game will be instores sometime around December 15, 2008.

 

A new game is headed our way in Club Penguin for the end of the month. Billybob said it’ll be a game you’ll like, “especially if you’re into music.” Here is the concept art sneak peek. It looks like a penguin flipper moving the disc that DJ’s usually spin. Maybe it’s in the Night Club!

 

 

At the stage:

“Squidzoid vs. Shadow Guy & Gamma Gal” has returned to the Stage. The scenery is almost the same except for the new version of Squidzoid, which looks much cooler than the old one, a new script, and a different advertisement on the billboard.

There are no secrets in the Costume Trunk Catalog.

However, there is a brand, new background for nonmembers in the catalog.

 fireworks currently located at the Cove, looked familiar when I first saw it. Now I know why! It’s the same Rocket as the Rocket Snail of Penguin Chat 3, Rocket Snail’s site, and the little snail on top of the one of the old Club Penguin sections! Check it out.

Also, an old play will be returning to the Stage again. This time, with a few changes in the scenery. This is the old Stage:

Also, the Penguin Band will be playing at the Iceberg from July 25-30th. All bands are invited to come, so start rehearsing.

And there’s a pretty interesting article in the newspaper about the Green Puffle at the Night Club.

 

 

The Club Penguin team is in the last stages of testing for the new features and plan to launch them all later this week! I’ll let you know on exactly what day as soon as possible.

Here’s a summary of what’s gonna be launched:

  • New server selection (recommended servers and buddies easier to find)
  • Igloo background!
  • Penguin Mail (sending and receiving postcards improved)
  • Player Card update (sorting items by category)

 

 

Update: Rockhopper’s ship has left, but his ship is also not visible in the telescope!

Penguin Mail is almost ready to launch and might even be here early next week. The ‘mailbox’, which will be accessible through clicking the top left of your screen, will allow you to send, ignore, save, and delete postcards to your buddies, even when they’re not online. If you get a postcard when you’re online, P-Mail will let you know.

Comment on the CPIP blog to give them your feedback/suggestions on this feature. I, personally, believe it’d be cooler if you can send actual messages that you can type onto the postcards to penguins.

 

 

Clothing Catalog Secrets

Here are the secrets of the clothing catalog located in the Gift Shop.

There are 4 “new” backgrounds, three of which are old ones that have returned.

Click on the Belt Buckle for the Red Viking Helmet

Close and open the Red Viking Helm 4 times for the Blue Viking Helmet

Click on the Diver’s Belt Gauge for the Diver’s Helmet

Click on the upper left section of the Green Tabard for the Woodsman’s Hat

Click on the hat streamer of the Princess’s hat for the Crystal Staff

Click on the Green Rubber Boots for the Cheesy Necktie

Wig Catalog Secrets

Click the Blue Spikester for the Pink Spikette

Player Card Feature Update

Today Club Penguin has changed there ideas about the Player Card Feature. Here is how there next plan of the player card will look like.

Club Penguin said, they would rather have you see all your clothes when you open your player card, then you can choose to find your cloths by using the sort tool.

Rockhopper’s return and the new sports catalogIgloo Upgrade, New Poll And More!!!

Today there is another feature, to the Club Penguin Improvement Project. Ever since CPIP started there has been tons of features comming out. This one may be one of the best ones yet. Club Penguin has said that igloos will have backgrounds, instead of just a white blank background.

A date hasn’t been set on when this feature will be comming. Lets just hope it will be comming very soon.


There is also a new poll at the Club Penguin Community Section.

 



Rockhopper is back and he also brought a free item with him.

You can find the free item on the pirate catalog. It is the old parrot.

Server Update Feature and

Today, Club Penguin has said there is going to be another Server Update Feature. This update will cause you to find buddies in a much faster way. It’ll show a group of servers that your buddies always visit, or is online on it right now.

The new login shows you the servers you and your friends visit most frequently.  In the current system you have to choose a country and then choose from a long list of servers that you may or may not visit.

You won’t have go to servers that your friends are on, you can pick your own server to go to, but if you want a server with buddies, you select the upcomming feature.

As said, there has not been a date of when this will be comming out. Lets hope it’ll come out at the end of the month.

As you all know there will be a new Clothing Catalog comming this Friday. Billybob has given us a Sneak Peek of the new clothing catalog.
